I simply wanted to express my gratitude for two successful operations which I had prior to Christmas. I am so thank full for your expertise and also for your kind, caring manner. My stay in hospital was made so much more pleasant by your reassurance and I will always be grateful to you.

Thank you so much for your care and consideration during my recent operation. You certainly made it easier to understand and comprehend. Also thank you so much for restitching my old scar. I have hated it for so many years. You will have given me a new found confidence. So once more a big THANK YOU.

Just a short note to say a very big thank you for helping me by carrying out surgery that will enable me to carry on with ‘life’ in the future as I had planned. A big ‘thank you’ also to your team who made my brief stay comfortable by being so caring and friendly.

I just wanted to say many thanks for hugely improving the quality of my life. Approximately 1 year ago, I had a bladder repair and despite a couple of minor problems in the 1st few months, I am delighted to say how wonderfully successful the operation has been. I feel like a new woman! Wishing you all the very best and should any of my friends suffer similarly, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you.

Thank you ever so much for giving me my life back. I can now plan ahead for holidays and nights out without worrying about whether or not I will be well enough to go. I am back to working full-time without having to struggle through every month. At last some quality of life. Thank you.

I recently came to the Beaumont to have a small operation as a day patient. I just wanted to say thank you to yourself and all the staff for the excellent care I received, it really made all the difference. If all hospitals were as excellent, I’m sure people would recover more quickly.

I want you to know how much I appreciate all your kindness shown to me. Your reassurance to my doubts made me so grateful of you being there when I needed that extra comfort, smile and most of all, your precious time. I will always be indebted to you.

This is just a little note to say thank you for your help and empathy in treating me. Although we are still in the dark as to what is causing my symptoms, you have helped to put my mind at rest that it is nothing serious. I have felt a little discarded by the doctors I have seen nearer to home. So your empathy was greatly appreciated, as was Miss Lee’s.

I’m writing to say a huge thank you for the care I received whilst you performed an operation to restore my uterus to its normal position. I am so grateful for both your professionalism and expertise and your support. I am now recovering fine and enjoying my two beautiful children, at home. It has been a real blessing to me to feel so cared for and I wish you well in both your career and life.

Can’t thank you enough for being so kind.

Good afternoon Mr Broome, as I write this email on Tuesday afternoon another lucky lady is probably undergoing a prolapse repair as I did 6 weeks ago today. I am delighted to say my recovery was rapid with no problems at all, no pain other than a little bloating which disappeared after a couple of days. I hadn’t realised how the prolapse was affecting my everyday life until after surgery. I was pretty fed up, not to mention uncomfortable as the symptoms began to increasingly impact on nearly everything I wanted to do and cause bowel and urinary problems. But thanks to you and the staff at the Beaumont I’m fixed! I can now resume my swimming, cycling and lots of dog walking. I am extremely grateful to you – sincere thanks.

On arriving to see you for the first time, you explained about my prolapse and that it could be done by Laparoscopic Sacrohysteropexy which put my mind at ease immediately. A week later my operation was over and I felt good straight away. It is great to get out of bed each day without having the problem and I would like to thank you for my pain free quick recovery. Thank you also to your professional team and the hospital staff for being so caring. My journey from Lincolnshire was certainly well worth the journey and I would like to thank you for your professionalism and skill of which I am very grateful.

I write to thank you ever so much for your time patience and kindness received from you and the staff on 11th/12th March when I had a prolapse operation. I am so grateful it’s been such a success I’m feeling so well and able to be so active it’s wonderful. With gratitude to you all.

You asked me to get in touch 6 weeks after my operation to let you know how things are. I’m sorry that it is now 10 weeks later and I forgot to contact you! This must show you that I am doing so well that I don’t even think about it. Everything is good, including the waterworks situation which is so much better without the ring pessary. I still take vesicare as I do have some urgency but it is very manageable now.
I am still worried about going horse riding again or using the powerplate for exercise with all the deep vibrations. Can you totally reassure me that I can’t do any damage? This is a marvellous operation for a prolapse. I am so delighted I didn’t have to have a hysterectomy and I will certainly tell people about it. Thank you again for the fantastic care I received. I was so lucky to find you.
